The U.S. Army Military District of Washington (MDW) regrets to announce the cancellation of Spirit of America 2013, which was tentatively scheduled to take place in Boston, Mass., on Sept. 13-14; Albany, N.Y., on Sept. 20-21; and Hershey, Pa., on Sept. 27-28. This was a difficult but necessary decision given current budget constraints. We appreciate the public’s continued support and interest in MDW’s outreach events.
